I hadn't seen that Dropbox before, but it does look awesome. I don't think that you really have to hold out for it because it would be easy to switch to it even if you did start using Foldershare.
With Foldershare you create just one account for every computer that you want to setup on the account. I've found it to be pretty intuitive and the new interface is really nice. I would definitely give it a whirl because I didn't see any information as to when Dropbox would be released. Not only that, but I think Dropbox is going to have some size limitations since it actually stores file changes. So your "dropbox" probably won't allow for unlimited transfers.
