While you're at it, turn on permanent blocking of bad addresses in Spybot S&D (it's under Immunize) and set it to block known bad addresses silently.  That should stop a lot of malware, and deny non-tech-savvy users the chance to override the protection.

Well, that looks like it only does it in IE. I managed to get my Dad and sister to stop using IE. I also found (with the help of some other users on this forum) an extension that blocks addresses in Firefox, so I set that up on my sister's profile. Though I'm not 100% sure what addresses I should add...

Hey DKong - I just found out that v1.5 RC1 of Spybot S&D immunizes Firefox, Opera 7+ and the Windows hosts file as well as IE. It doesn't seem to have any serious rough edges, so you might want to to check it out.
