One day, my pc crashed and BSoD appeared. When I restarted, it led me to this page:

I'm guessing that Dell is working with McAfee to provide a more personalized copy of their programs. That is kinda funny though.

i got the mcafee firewall from aol.

i am using a dell computer

In the end I uninstalled the firewall because it caused the BSoD again.

It may be that any error message like this may advise you to contact Dell since they are the manufacturer.

Well, you said that you got the firewall from AOL, so maybe AOL stole it from Dell.
