I think so but though i would post it any way in case people miss it. Most over clocking i have done was on my graphics card (Geforce FX 5900xt) over clocked by 100% from 390mhz to 777mhz on stock cooling and it was fine the whole time i had it after about 4-5 months afterwards then sold it on Ebay and bought a new card
