I would just though post it as its been very good and helpful to me. Little bit off topic but cant seem to change my local time to GMT from American Time

I have eliminated the maximum number of characters for a post. I don't think it should be a problem removing the limitation.

I re edit the post with some corrections also on other forum software it does not have 2 times(forum time and showing the time in the top right corner) i was expecting it to change the forum time aswell. All working now
