Quite the list we got here now.  I will make it a point to check here when I need a certain piece of software, instead of trying my luck with Google Roulette as I have in the past. 8P

Foxit is like Firefox in my experience: If you show it to someone and get it setup for them they absolutely love it and say they would never go back.

That is exactly the way my folks were once I got them to try out Firefox and Thunderbird.  One of those, why didn't we do this a long time ago?

Even smart business people don't understand everything business-related because the most common question I hear is "So this is really great, but why don't they just include it with Windows if everyone likes it better?" Yeah, they don't understand the whole competition/market share thing.

SpeedSwitch is an awesome program and I used to use it all the time when I had a laptop with poor battery life.

Microsoft ditched the whole Private Folder thing and I don't even think you can download it anymore.

I think we can also add CutePDF Writer in the list. Is there any better free pdf writers available?

Download                                                                   Analysis

CutePDF Writer Companion 2.6 (CuteComp.exe) - Adware-WhenU,Adware-Url

CutePDF Writer Companion 2.61 (CuteComp.exe) - Adware-WhenU,Adware-Url
CutePDF Writer Companion 2.61 (CuteComp.exe) - Adware-WhenU,Adware-Url

I will add the other ones but i dont see the need to add programs which includes spyware/adware

There's a PDF printer on Sourceforge
I cant remember much about it though. I think its called PDFCreator. It just adds a printer that lets you print straight to a PDF
