I don't know, the Star Wars story was written so that you would see 4-6 and then 1-3.  1-3 were written with the idea that you had already seen 4-6 in mind.  There are surprises in 4-6 that watching 1-3 first would ruin (let's not mention them here).  Also, while watching 1-3, you're supposed to know that the (figurative) demise of a certain someone is imminent.  However, if you already knew the basic plot of the collective story, watching them 1-6 is probably the best idea.

Just watch them 1-6 like people are saying. Don't be afraid if you think Episode 1 is terrible, it gets better in the later movies.

More fuel for the fire against Ryan having not seen Star Wars.

Having looked closer at the picture of the R2D2 mailboxes, I noticed the following URL on it...

Wow! Thanks for all of the info on Star Wars!  Now I'm kinda excited that you are all saying you wish you would have seen it 1 to 6 and I'll get that opportunity.

Oh, and I think I know who R2D2 is...everyone knows that R2D2 is Robocop's brother.  ;)

I saw 300 this weekend. It was awesome, on many levels. Its a little bloody, and deserving of its R rating, but don't worry its nowhere near as violent as Sin City was either. But it was masterfully filmed too, the camera work, the choreography and movements of everyone during the battles, and the story it has to tell, which is actually a true story too and the movie tells it pretty accurately, a little exaggerated for a movie of course, but pretty accurately. Its a masterpiece.

Its all about the cinematography. I lvoe films that are filmed wekk, the story and actors come second to that, everytime. Quentin Tarantino demonstrates this superbly in Kill Bill, the acting isnt amazing, but the cinematography makes up for it!
