I am wondering if anyone has seen a decent file backup utility for Vista? '

What I am looking for is a simple small program that does not take a lot of resources and will reside in the System Trya. I want to be able to specify specific folders to backup, and have it run in the middle of the night each night and only copy over whatever is new or changed.

In XP, I used to use a nice small little program by Karen Kenworthy.

Thanks Ryan. I have installed this and set it up. This looks to be exactly what I am looking for. I will test and if it is turns out to be what I need and work fine, I will buy it.

I did end up buying the full version, but I think the freeware version is pretty basic and gets the job done...so you might not have to buy it? The program is so powerful though that it is sure to amaze you.
