?64 isnt a bad price for an OS. Windows XP Home is more than that...I think

If these are for clean-installs (not upgrades) then they are really good prices. I wonder if I can order from the UK and the version would still work fine in the U.S.

I haven't heard of that happening...but I guess it could be possible. I know people who bought XP overseas (which was unknowingly illegal, yes, they weren't the brightest people) and there was no restrictions when installing it. Since it was illegal though, it might have been a U.S. version.

i hoghly doubt it due to dell, hp and whoever popular  being everywhere and ocuk will probably be using them (dell) so i doubt theres any difference as well as this due to xp always trys to instal in US keyoard and language neways...... ocuk do ship overseas if i remem correctly and they are oem not upgrades..... (i hope) as thats whats ive been told
