Looks like Walmart had its hands full trying to explain this one:

A couple on the south side gave their 12-year-old daughter a media player...but it came with a whole lot more than an instruction manual.

That's right, the Zune that the couple bought came loaded with pictures and videos from a 5-man orgy. Walmart initially blamed Microsoft for the media already being loaded on the Zune which a laugh right there. To compensate Walmart gave the couple a full refund and a $25 gift card...wow...that makes everything all better. I guess the Zune really is a "social" media player.

I been thinking about this and wondering "how" then as I read this story on CrunchGear, I began thinking the same thing as those who commented.  Someone (I sure hope it is not the mother) who has too much time on their hands bought the player, loaded it up with porn then returned it to Wal Mart pretending nothing was wrong and got their money back.  From my experiences in doing returns at Wal Mart, as long as you have the receipt they will take it back no questions asked.  I am sure we are going to here more about his story.

Now I also wonder, did she contact the media before she returned the item to Wal Mart, given the picture above?

I never really thought about that but I'm sure Microsoft could do some research do find out if the files were created before the Zune was purchased. I'm not sure if they would want to go through that much work since it wasn't even their fault but that is definitely an interesting idea.

That's uncalled for. Walmart should be heavily fined by some agency who would be in charge of this. Probably the porn industry...

why should they be sued....they dont package or even make the product (if it was on the shelf then sold on ok fine) so they wont of touchd the product.....
