Borat, I never went to see that. I have no intention of ever seeing it. I would rather eat a live goat.

So is Borat worth seeing? It'll be at the $1.00 theater here shortly.... I'd hope it would be worth at least a buck?

The discount theatre is the only way to go.  Beside it is in walking distance from where I live. The only downside is you never know when it is open.  Could be open one day then closed the next, then under new ownership for a couple weeks a month later then the whole cycle repeats it self all over. >B\

See, ours is called the Dollar Theater-- but the catch is--- it's only a dollar for a few hours on Wednesdays. Otherwise it's like $2.00-- still beats the $8.00 at the regular theater! I'm cheap when it comes to movies. :)

This one is $2 and there is one day during the week, I am thinking Tuesday that it is $1 all day.  Looks like mine might be reopening sometime this month.  $8 for the move is crazy and don't even get me started about food. >80

Ahh.. the food! That's a whole other story! Turns the $8.00 movie into $20 x 2 ...and that's one expensive night out! I'm cheap with that too...I do without :)

When I go to the cinema, we have a thing called Orange wednesday. Th phone network Orange sponsor it, hence the name, if you have a phone on the Orange network you can get a code for Buy One Get One Free Cinema tickets. That brings the tickets down from about ?12 to ?6 for two!

We're not fortunate enough to have a deal like that near us...out of curiosity do you guys get the same movies there as we do in the United States? And if you so do you get them before or after us?
