I was in Wal-Mart today and they have a small $3.50 bin of DVD's there.

Interesting.  Mine has two $5.00 bins, but one is full of Spanish movies (guess that is because I live in a predominately Hispanic area).

We have the $3.50 bin here too sometimes. There are usually 1 or 2 decent flicks in there.
