I'm looking for a GreaseMonkey script or a Firefox extension that will automatically post my Pownce messages to Jaiku and/or Twitter. Any ideas?

Yikes, when it comes to social networking stuff this all Greek to me.  I've haven't heard of any of the applications/programs you just mentioned.

Twitter, Jaiku and Pownce are microblogging sites. Basically, you post quick updates about what you're doing and people can respond to that. Looks kinda boring in theory, but it's not. And some sites use it to aggregate their RSS feeds to readers (so they create bot users that post updates when there's a new item in their RSS feed).

Jaiku takes that to the next level. It will allow you to add your Last.fm plays, your Flickr photos, your del.icio.us bookmarks et cetera to your updates.

Oh yeah, I already heard about Twitterfeed but it's not exactly what I was looking for. I want my Jaiku updates to be shown as Jaiku updates, not as items that were imported from some RSS feed.

I'm really surprised that there isn't something for this, but from what I've heard Pownce is pretty stubborn when it comes to external application integration. I don't think they have an API yet.
